"Bistango Summer Art Exhibit"
A new Art Exhibit Opening August 13th. 2011, featuring the works of 14 artists will open
SATURDAY, AUGUST 13TH. 3 TO 5 PM
This is the ninety first exhibit to open at Bistango since operations began in 1987
Meet the artists:
Ruben Nieto, Patricia Houck, Batia, Jill Rosoff, Tom Groff, Peter John Richter, Sharon Ummel, Iyesha van den Haak, Maria Craig, Dick Marconi, Alrik Yuill, Diana Ghoukassian and Elizabeth Craven
The work on display ranges from figurative to abstract mixed media and from photography to bronze sculptures.
Also on exhibit the latest works of Ray Jacob (1928 - 2010) mentor to so many: keeping his spirit alive through his work.
Over the past 23 years the exhibits have showcased the work of more than a thousand established, mid-career and emerging artists from USA, Europe, South America, Canada, Mexico, Russia, the Netherlands, and Japan.
The public is invited to join the Opening Reception on August 13th. 3 to 5 pm to meet the artists, and view their art.
This exhibit will be on display through November, 2011
